China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) published that CFETS RMB Index on 30 September 2026 closed at 103.20, gaining 1.31% from the end of last month.

In order to facilitate the market to observe the change of RMB effective exchange rate from different perspectives, CFETS also published RMB indices based on BIS currency basket and SDR currency basket respectively. On 30 September 2026, the above two indices closed at 110.61 and 98.06 respectively, gaining 1.34% and 1.44% from the end of last month.
