China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) published that CFETS RMB Index on 30 September 2025 closed at 96.77, gaining 0.21% from the end of last month.

In order to facilitate the market to observe the change of RMB effective exchange rate from different perspectives, CFETS also published RMB indices based on BIS currency basket and SDR currency basket respectively. On 30 September 2025, the above two indices closed at 102.65 and 91.23 respectively, gaining 0.20% and staying the same from the end of last month.
